Moving servers soon!
The MFN Project will be migrating to a new
server over the next week. We got our pawbs
on a Ryzen 7 box, which is much more CPU
power than we currently have.
During the migration, our services will be
offline as things like DNS, VM images and
what not are moved over.

Lemmy instance is running
So, we did actually place the Lemmy instance online
and have been playing around with it for a few days.
The fediverse is kind of neat and the content is all
over the place.
As long as people play nice and the instance doesn’t
grow to eat up too much of our network and server
resources, it’ll stick around for a bit. For the time
being it was given 512GB of disk space and 100Mbps of
network bandwidth. I think that’s fair for a trial run.

New Member: ProjectDeko
Hey guys,
The MFN Project is happy to announce that we have approved
and placed IPv6 allocations online for ProjectDeko. We
look forward to seeing how that project grows and what all
their lead creates as they skip along.
We also wish to be fully transparent in that ProjectDeko
is sponsoring MFN through providing us with two additional
IPv4 addresses from their /29. So, yes, both projects are
working together on different but similar end goals.
